Aluminum Slider Window Frames
Quality, aesthetics and innovation are at the heart of our products to raise the bar of architectural excellence and provide long-term value and performance. Let’s get into the details:
Top and Bottom Tracks
Our top and bottom tracks are the foundation of the smooth movement of the sliding panels. The bottom track takes the weight of the panels with ease while the top track ensures alignment. Ranging from 35mm to 70mm width and 20mm to 35mm depth these tracks are stable and durable.
Window Frame (Outer Frame)
Elegance and strength are what our aluminum sliding window frames are all about. The outer frame is modern architecture. Common sizes are 50mm to 90mm in width and 30mm to 60mm in depth. It’s not just a structural element but a design feature.
Sliding Rails/Rollers
The smooth glide of our sliding window panels is made possible by our engineered sliding rails and rollers. Precision-integrated rollers at the bottom of the panels ensure quiet and smooth operation.
Interlock Profile
Our aluminum sliding window frames have an innovative interlock profile that provides a tight seal between the panels. This enhances insulation and minimizes noise infiltration for a peaceful indoor environment.
Glass or Panel Inserts
Customizable glass or panel inserts make our sliding window frames more versatile. Single or double-glazed glass panes, these inserts increase insulation and let in natural light in style.
Upgrade your space with the Aluminum Sliding Window Frame where design meets functionality. Experience the perfect blend of innovation and elegance, and redefine your window with every slide.

Aluminium Sliding Window Frames Production Process
Making high-quality aluminum windows requires a series of steps to ensure durability, looks, and craftsmanship. At Hugh Aluminium we have a dedicated production team and design experts to create bespoke aluminum windows and doors to your requirements.
Aluminium Extrusion
Aluminium doors and windows are made from aluminium alloy profiles which are extruded from aluminium ingots. Common alloys are 6063 or 6061. These profiles are treated post-extrusion to improve corrosion resistance and looks, such as anodizing, powder coating or electrophoretic coating.
Aluminium Profile Cutting
Hugh Aluminium uses specialized cutting equipment like sawing machines to cut aluminum profiles to length and angle as per design drawings and window/door specs. Our engineers use calipers to check the dimensions of the cut profiles.
Punching and Slotting
To facilitate hardware installation in aluminium windows and doors Hugh Aluminium uses punching equipment to punch holes in profiles as per functional and installation requirements. With 5 CNC finishing production machines, we offer top-quality aluminum doors and window processing.
Aluminium Door and Window Frame Assembly
Cut aluminum profiles are spliced together using screws, angle yards, or welding. Sealing strips are installed in keyframe positions to ensure air and water tightness for optimal sound and thermal insulation performance of our aluminum windows and doors.
Quality Control
Our quality inspectors at Hugh Aluminium check aluminum windows and doors for any imperfections like scratches, dents or irregular spraying to ensure a perfect finish. Functional tests including opening and closing tests are done to ensure smooth operation and to test sound insulation, sealing, and water tightness of our doors and windows.
